It is such a privilege for me to walk with people on the road we call life. The road of life can be chaotic, frightening and devastating. The confusion and pain that result from being human and living in relationship with others can be overwhelming and heart breaking. I feel awe when I sit with someone who is bravely facing pain and asking for help. I specialize in helping people heal and find peace. I bring both a professional and a personal understanding to the safe space of therapy. Walking my own road through pain and heartbreak has meant I have a better understanding of your pain, loss, trauma, and confusion. Asking for help and speaking your truth is an act of both bravery and vulnerability. Many of us have been so wounded that some part of us made a vow to never open up or be vulnerable again; I understand and can help you learn how to be open and vulnerable in a way that feels safe to you. As you walk the healing road, you will develop your dreams that include the freedom to be fully you, the person you long to be and to have a sense of peace that gives you the hope to move forward on your road of life. I bring extensive experience, both personal and professional, to my therapy practice. I provide individual, couple’s and family therapy and specialize in PTSD, Complex trauma, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety and childhood abuse. Change is possible and you deserve to feel seen, heard and understood. I would be honored to provide a safe, compassionate setting for you and I would be honored to walk with you on your road toward healing.
